One of our agents will contact you through phone for the confirmation of the order and he/she will guide you through the process of the order if your order is a Cash On Delivery order. If you have paid for the order through the payment gateway your order will be confirmed automatically and the order confirmation page will appear.
You can pay with any Debit or Credit cards which supports VISA, Mastercard and Amex. You can use Digital payment methods such as Frimi, EZcash, mCash or you can pay using Cash on delivery (COD) payment method instead where you can pay the amount of the package to the delivery partner upon the delivery of the package.

No, you cannot tear the package before accepting it from the delivery partner since we are delivering through third party courier companies.

To eligible for a return, you have to make the request and return the item within 14 days of time from your purchase date. Item has to be unused or in the same condition in original packaging. We have a right to refuse acceptance to an item if it’s damage, used or not in the original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. If the item is out of stock, we can notify once it’s in our stock. All you have to do this copy the item link from the web browser and send a mail to us.
